you know why...... because it is very cheap in price and contain lots of proteins..

Some how kids did not like too much ...but it is very famous in adults... because they know the nutrition value....

Recipe of porridge:- 
1.200ml milk boiled.
2.100gm porridge.
3. Sugar 80gm.
4. 80 80gm butter....
 Suate the porridge in a pan with butter , than little amount of milk time by time to cooked the porridge completely... than you add suger as per your taste .....

Not only breakfast you can also add porridge in dinner also ....
